I hope this email finds you well.I would like to say a trillion times thank you for sending Raj to our family.Raj has been amazing and especially now that we are in an emergency situation.Raj has been prompt and sensitive to our needs especially with our darling son and brother, Marco.
We are very grateful as Raj will answer all my calls and listen to our needs. He is empathic and completely understanding of our family and the love we have for Marco
Raj is an asset to all the families he deals with. Kind and very thoughtful. We cannot fault Raj.
We wanted to share our thoughts of Raj. We only praise him.

We are writing this email to let you know that we are very happy with Raj and the excellent work he has done looking after our brother - John since taking over as his Support Co-ordinator.
Raj is always approachable and prompt to ring you back when needed. He has vast knowledge in numerous areas and is willing to speak up if something is not in John's best interest and not being done correctly.
He has obtained appropriate funding from the NDIA for John and arranged new and experienced ethical Service Providers. Raj has also supported and helped us handle some difficult issues. He does not hesitate to change and terminate service providers that are not up to a high standard.
We are always kept in the loop with everything relating to our brother John. Raj has arranged meetings with us and other service providers to discuss and review our brother's ongoing needs to ensure he has a good and meaningful quality of life.
It is nice to have someone we can trust and respect who is hard working, thorough and proactive organising things required for our brother.
We both highly commend all his hard work as we know he has a substantial workload.
On a personal note we find him very caring and pleasant to deal with.

The living conditions were poor, Raj worked with the support and built the capacity of participant and nominee to address the issues ....... as they had never listened to the participant / nominee over the last 2 years .
Finally in the last week, the SRS acted with urgency.
Participant now feels she is having the best Christmas ever . She requested her co-ordinator to send Raj a text on her behalf .

Just wanted to advise you that I am extremely happy with my support coordinator Sivaraj Mahaindra, I am pleased I can continue working with him. He goes beyond to ensure he can gets supports for his clients/families to get the best outcome and help navigate the system Please pass this on to his supervisor Well done

Sivaraj Mahaindra (Raj) is an excellent coordinator. Extremely prompt in responding to any questions or requests for assistance. Raj is very knowledgeable with the NDIS system and understands the needs of the participants and in my case he was able to link the right people for my in home care/support workers, physiotherapy and assistive technology equipment that i require.
Raj would not only promptly deal with the issue at hand but would follow the matter up until completely resolved.
Raj would constantly be in touch with these providers whilst in the processes of delivering their services to ensure that all was ok and vice versa would often be in contact with me to check if all my providers are preforming as they should.
All the above has left me with peace of mind. Overwhelmed at times that there is someone so professional managing this part of my health and well-being. The one on one contact that Raj has provided has been extremely important. I can highly recommend Raj to any other participant.

Until you ( Raj) commenced as Carolynne’s Support Coordinator it was impossible to navigate through the NDIS complex scheme.
What shall I do without your professional caring assistance? I will be lost and I am sure many other families will feel the same without your assistance.
This will be a difficult process to find someone that will be caring enough to understand and work with Carolynne’s complex and high intensity support requirements as you have.
